SHIPPING FEES & DELIVERY SERVICES

*We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays.

Saturday Delivery: Saturday delivery service is not available.

Shipping Restrictions: We do not offer delivery to PO boxes, APO/FPO or US Territories.

Signature Service: All orders are subject to adult signature upon delivery.

Please note that HUGGA is not responsible for orders lost or stolen upon delivery, please be sure to deliver to a secure location.

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are shipped within 1 business day of purchase from our Los Angeles warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2 business days of its ship date if you are located within the continental U.S. If you are located in Hawaii or Alaska, it will take 2-4 weeks. Shipping time may vary depending on verification of order.

If you need your item(s) sooner, please select an expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we are processing your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I edit my shipping information after I’ve placed my order?

Please send an email to info@hugga.co as soon as possible and we will work to the best of our ability to incorporate these updates to your order before it leaves our warehouse.

Standard Delivery

Following credit card authorization and verification, you will receive your order within approximately 2-5 days (Monday through Friday). This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays. Please note: our shipping warehouse is located in Los Angeles. If your shipping address is within California, you will generally receive your package within 1-2 days.

HUGGA is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost in transit. Please be sure to deliver to a secure location.

Overnight Delivery

Orders placed for overnight service before 3:00 PM PST will ship out the day ordered and will arrive the next day (excluding holidays and weekends), pending credit card authorization and verification. Please note, Saturday delivery is not available.
