RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Your order number is the four-digit reference number located on your packing slip and order confirmation email.

To return an item follow the directions below: 

 

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

Returns must be requested within 10 days of purchase. All items must be returned in original packaging and in unworn condition with original tags attached.

Please note that we do not accept returns on final sale merchandise or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All refunds will be applied back to the original payment method.

If the return does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. Denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited.

DOMESTIC RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

You will need to provide your order number, email address, item(s) you are returning and reason for return.

Upon approval of your return request you will receive an email with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), along with instructions to send the item or items back to HUGGA.

Please note that HUGGA provides a pre-paid return labels. The return fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. HUGGA is not responsible for return packages lost or stolen in transit. Please send your return package with the carrier found on the label. If the package is lost or stolen in transit back to our headquarters, HUGGA will not issue a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from delivery, after the item(s) are quality assessed by our warehouse staff. You will receive a notification once the return is received and when the refund has been processed. 

 

RECEIVING A REFUND

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned item(s). Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price less the return label fee, if applicable. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
