What is anti-microbial finish?

Our fabrics are treated with an antimicrobial technology, which protects the fabric and fibers to lengthen the durability of our patient wear.The anti-microbial features also prevent the growth of microorganisms in fabric, resulting in odor-free garments that will keep the patient feeling refreshed.

HUGGA is made for all patients of all sizes and all body types.All items are unisex.

How do I care for my HUGGA® apparel?

We recommend that you use non-chlorine detergent and machine wash the garment inside-out in cold (maximum of 86 °F) water with garments of similar colors. For dry settings, use Tumble dry on low or delicate. Garments can also be hung dry in the shade. If you need to iron your garment, turn the garment inside-out and iron on low heat (maximum of 230 °F). Do not leave the garments wet or soaking and avoid leaving soap residuals. Leaving soap residuals can damage the fabric protector (Lafgard). Do not twist or wring the garments. Avoid contact with rough surfaces to prevent snagging. Please refrain from using bleach and softening agents on your apparel. For further details, please see care instructions for each garment below:

What happens if my hospital gown gets dirty?

Our gowns are anti – microbial which means that it offers protection against bacteria and other hazardous microbes. In addition, our gowns are liquid repellent and washable. Should you need to wash your gown, you can do so with your regular clothing items: Machine Wash Cold, Tumble Dry Low, Remove Promptly, Iron Garment Inside-out on Low Heat.

Can I get an assortment of colors?

We currently do not have this option. All garments including gowns, beanies, and arm sleeves are produced in one color for each style.

Can I pre-order products?

We do not pre-sell items, but we do have a waitlist for select items that are coming soon. If you add your name to the waitlist, we will send you an email and you will be the first to know about item’s release date.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, to name a few), Apple Pay, Android Pay, and PayPal. We cannot accept checks or money orders. We are actively working on accepting more forms of payment. Please note that all refunds must be processed to the original payment method.
